We are looking for RPA Business Analyst for one of our key clients from the legal services industry. In this role you will join a group of skilled, service focused operational staff responsible for the delivery of automation solutions as robotics, power app to the firm. The purpose of the role is to identify requirements and priorities of the business in the implementation of changes to existing processes, thus enabling an informed decision of the solution needed to meet the firm’s future vision. Working with all the business functions, close cooperation with business stakeholders and  RPA developers.

You will be based in Warsaw reporting to RPA Business Analyst Team Leader/ Digital Automation Capability Team Leader.

Requirements:

• Working in the Robotics Automation space, creating needed documentation and business process maps
• Proven excellent workshop facilitation skills
• Experience in adapting working style to cultural differences and styles
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with excellent time management
• Fluent and confident English, both written and verbal
• Effective communicator, with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders
• Experience with creating and delivery of BA academy would be an asset
